Fluid Running MistakesWhat is Fluid Running? 

Teaching your body to run by taking the path of least resistance is what Fluid Running is all about.  As a Fluid Runner, you will learn to optimize your stride so that there are no energy leaks or wasted movement.  By incorporating the concepts of Fluid Running, you’ll be on your way to being a more efficient and Fluid Runner.

Why Should I work on my form?

Training with poor or inefficient form will reinforce bad habits and this can limit your potential, no matter what level you are at.  Are you working as efficiently as you can?   As a runner or triathlete you spend hours logging in miles and training to be your absolute best so why not optimize your training time and get more out of your workouts by improving your running form.  Our running clinics or individual video analysis will assist you in taking your training to the next level.  You don’t have to be an elite athlete to benefit from improved running form.

Fluid Running Clinics

These group clinics include an instructional component, video taping, review of form,  and a drill session.  Participants will learn essential research based training principles as well as the Fluid Running principles which will teach you the components of an efficient running stride.  These sessions accommodate all levels of runners and are essential for any athlete seeking to elevate their performance.  Clinics are conducted in a group setting and last about two hours.

Video Analysis

This video analysis will take an individual look at your form and help you to improve as a runner.  This is a must for any runner or triathlete who wants to optimize training time.  Each video analysis session will address the following:

  • Review of good form – Fluid Running
  • Video footage of existing form at various paces
  • Examination and review of running form.  This includes identifying areas that need improvement
  • Post video evaluation

Cost: $180 – This can be used for up to 2 people
